ALWAGHT- Iran's Foreign Ministry on Monday accused the United States of violating nearly every part of the ceasefire agreement, while strongly condemning a fresh series of US strikes carried out on Iranian territory over the past 24 hours.
Iran's Foreign Ministry strongly condemned the latest US strikes on Iranian territory, describing them as brutal violations of the UN Charter and accusing Washington of breaching nearly every provision of the ceasefire agreement signed 25 days earlier. It said the attacks posed a serious threat to international peace and security.
The ministry accused the United States of targeting civilian infrastructure, including transport networks, fishing boats, cargo vessels and buildings, while also interfering with transit arrangements in the Strait of Hormuz, disrupting regional security and international commercial shipping.
It warned that any country assisting US military operations against Iran could face consequences, saying the sources of attacks would be considered legitimate military targets. The ministry also rejected President Donald Trump's account of the Muscat talks, criticized the UN's response, and urged the Security Council to hold those responsible for the attacks accountable.
