ALWAGHT- Yemen’s armed forces announced that they launched seven attacks on Saudi territory, deploying ballistic missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles against several sites, including King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Aramco installations in Yanbu, and the Rabigh refinery.
Yemen’s military spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Saree announced Saturday that Yemeni forces had launched seven operations against targets across Saudi Arabia, including airports in Riyadh, Dammam and Najran, Aramco facilities in Yanbu, the Rabigh oil refinery, oil pumping stations and Khamis Mushait Air Base. Saree said the attacks were retaliation for 100 Saudi airstrikes on Yemen over the previous 24 hours, which reportedly caused dozens of deaths and injuries. He added that the total number of airstrikes and missile attacks on Yemen since the escalation began had reached 3,123.
Saree also reported that Yemeni forces had targeted Saudi military personnel at Al-Nasr camp and a naval base in the southern Yemeni port city of Aden. He alleged that the sites were being used to mobilize and equip forces under Saudi officers for planned operations against Yemen. The spokesman further urged Yemenis not to join Saudi-backed forces, accusing Riyadh of using financial incentives to recruit them for its objectives.
The Yemeni armed forces vowed to continue strikes against Saudi targets, declaring that further escalation would persist until attacks on Yemen cease and the blockade is lifted. The developments come amid intensifying hostilities, with Yemeni officials reporting widespread Saudi airstrikes and Yemeni forces claiming advances along the Red Sea coast and in strategic areas near Bab al-Mandeb.
